Welcome to Harmonize Clutter-free Living

Harmonize is a Professional Organising and Clutter Specialist consultancy business (based in Pretoria, Gauteng) that will help you to achieve harmony in your home, your business and your life. We guide, encourage and offer direction and support throughout the entire process – consisting of three main areas: decluttering, organising and systemising.

We also implement systems customized to your needs, and teach you how to maintain them.

Owner, Suzanne Martin, is a Clutter Specialist and Professional Organiser who assists people to organise their homes, businesses and lives, and regain control over their most valuable commodity: TIME.

Suzanne is a member of POAA (Professional Organiser Association Africa), since June 2008.


What does a Professional Organiser do?

Professional organisers work with you in your home or office to simplify your life. They provide information, products and assistance to help you achieve your organising goals. They guide, encourage and educate you by offering direction and support. A professional organiser helps you to reduce stress, create time, save money, and increase productivity through being more organised.

Professional organisers can, amongst other things assist in home and business organising, time management, project and task management, goal setting, coaching, training, public writing and speaking.


This is how Suzanne helps you to get and stay organised:

  • During an initial meeting at the address that needs organising of some or other kind, she performs a needs assessment.
  • Together with the client, they then decide on a plan of action and book the organising session(s)
  • During the session(s) she will take care of all the client’s needs – be it implementing a filing system, establishing storage solutions, disposal of unwanted goods, or whatever the job requires (the reason why most people hang on to items that have essentially become junk, is that they do not know where or how to dispose of them).
  • Suzanne charges a fee for the needs assessment consultation. However, upon acceptance of her quotation for the organising session(s) she waives the fee for the needs assessment consultation.
